Emily has been a friend of mine for many years. I have had the pleasure of photographing her for boudoir five times and twice for her and her boyfriend’s anniversary. Recently, Emily decided to take a job promotion in Oregon and decided to document this big change in her life with one more boudoir session.
I was thrilled to be a part of Emily’s big move and wanted to make sure she felt like an absolute bad ass for her shoot. We decided on a relaxed yet chic look for the session, with natural hair and makeup. Emily’s wardrobe was classic and timeless, featuring some hot lingerie and an “I just killed my husband” teddy that she graciously donated to the client closet.
We did some of our classic poses and then showed off our new gorgeous green walls.
My body’s changed since last time but one (1) quick pep talk from Tay was all I needed
Seeing Tay move in a space that they’ve really made their own was so inspiring. We’ve come a long way from those Air Bnbs, baby! We laughed through the whole session. Our friendship means the world to me and shooting together is always such an amazing experience.
Do it. Even if you’re scared, do it scared. I’m still riding the energy high from my shoot. Your body has carried you through so much, it deserves to be celebrated EXACTLY as you are in this moment!
