The amount of folks who are getting boudoir photos taken lately to celebrate their birthdays is phenomenal to me. In a society where people, specifically women, are told that aging is the worst thing that could ever happen to them, it’s amazing to remember that no it fucking isn’t.
Michelle is an amazing human being who does one of the toughest jobs that I personally think exist. Working with the public is one thing but being able to take on the emotional pain of others and still do positive things every day is superhuman.
She is, like many clients, a twitter friend! We run in tons of the same circles and I was so glad to hear from her about a session. I love learning more about the lives of people that before only really “existed” on the internet for me.
With a mix of items from the client closet and some absolutely adorable things she brought on her own, Michelle rocked the hell out of her birthday session.
“I have always struggled with my body image and was super nervous about doing boudoir photos. But OMG, this experience put all my nerves to rest. Tay is amazing and really puts you at ease. The client closet is fun and has outfits in a wide range of sizes and fits. The whole session was fun and I am so happy that a friend talked me into doing this.
It was a top notch experience and one I hope to repeat.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
I have not been comfortable with my body and how I look in pictures
It’s ok to be nervous, but do it. You won’t regret it
